14. How do I turn off a feature or training for the entire office?

To turn on or off a training or office feature, click on the "Enable/Disable Features" link on the "Dashboard" tab. From here, simply check or un-check the features, forms section, or reference guide that you would like to disable or enable. You can also turn on or off the Forms tab, Reference Guide tab, or Forum tab by checking or un-checking the specific box. Then just click on the "Save Changes" button. To view your changes, click on the "Dashboard" tab.
